- Note that there is no parking at all on the premises. This includes dropping off.
- Make sure you close the entrance doors downstairs behind you at all times.
- Help your child to understand and abide by the Code of Conduct for Gymnasts and understand the reasons for them.
- Show consideration in the corridors - there are numerous offices in the building which are in constant use.
- Ensure that your child is fit to take part in gymnastics activity. Any child having had sickness or diarrhoea must not attend class until clear for 48 hours. If your child has had chickenpox please do not bring them until the scabs have gone.
- Bring your child to the main entrance at the start of the lesson and collect your child on time from this door at the end of the lesson.
- Not arrive more than 10 minutes before their class is due to start. Please leave classes promptly.
- Ensure your child is suitably dressed - shorts/leggings, track bottoms & club T-shirt. Long hair must be tied back with plain hair ties and all jewellery removed.
- Ensure that all term fees are paid on time. Late payments will be subject to a £10 late payment fee. Non-payment after the re-enrolment deadline may result in the loss of the place.
- If your child will be absent for longer than 2 weeks please inform the club that you wish their space to be held or we will presume it is no longer required.
- Update us of any changes in contact details.
- Speak to the Coach first if you are concerned about coaching/development matters.
- For Health & Safety reasons parents are not allowed in the hall.
- Take responsibility for your child’s safety whilst in the car park. Please do not stand in the porch as it poses a health & safety issue. While in the hall during the lesson, Jumping Jacks will make every effort to ensure the safety of all class members.
